Where can I buy my ticket?

You can purchase your ticket to our events only on Dice.

What time does the event start?

Our nightime events runs from 23:55 PM to 05:00 AM and more. Please arrive early to catch the vybes early.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

If the event isn’t sold out, limited tickets may be available at the door. However, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to print my ticket

No, digital tickets on your phone are accepted. Please ensure your screen is bright and your ticket is ready to be scanned upon arrival.

Is there re-entry once I’ve entered the site?

Yes, re-entry is permitted. Please make sure you get stamped by the bouncer to be able entering the event.

Do I need to create an account to book? 

No! You don’t need to create an account to book your tickets online.

Will I have to pay a booking fee? 

You can get a refund if:
• It’s within 24 hours of ticket purchase
• This event is postponed or canceled
You cannot get a refund less than 24 hours before the event starts.

Can I book for a friend or relative? 

Yes you can. Just nominate a lead booker and make sure you enter the correct details for each ticket holder when you book.

Who’s the lead booker? 

The lead booker is the person who made the booking or the one you picked to look after it. We only deal with the lead booker when it comes to questions or changes, so please use the email linked to the booking to get in touch.

Can my group pay for their ticket separately? 

We don’t do split payments. All charges go through the lead booker’s card.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, our public events are strictly 21+ and our private events strictly 25+. Valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required for entry.

What forms of ID are accepted?

What kind of music will be played?

Expect a full day of Hip-Hop, R’N’B, Dancehall, Amapiano, Afro House, Gqom, 3 Step, Afro Tech and more from a stacked international and local djs!
